摘要(Abstract):
目的 :研究新生在体红细胞变形和取向的变化。方法 :用苯肼使动物造成急性溶血性贫血的方法 ,建立了一种由急性溶血性贫血后而诱发动物幼细胞增多的非正常生理状态的红细胞衰老模型 ,继而用新型激光衍射法研究新生红细胞在产生到死亡过程中变形和取向能力的改变。结果 :对新生红细胞的压积、变形指数、取向指数等指标的连续 6 0多天的监测 ,发现红细胞在整个衰老过程中的变形指数和取向指数有明显改变。结论 :新生红细胞的变形和取向能力比衰老红细胞的变形和取向能力要强
Objective:To study the deformation and orientation of RBCs under abnormal physiological conditions of phenylhydrazine injection in vivo. Mothods: A models of anemia in rabbits induced by injection of phenylhydrazine was built. To study the deformation and orientation of RBCs with New Ektacytometry. Results: The measurements of hemacrit, deformation index and orientation index etc were performed in the processes of RBC senescence in vivo for more than 60 days. Conclusion: It was shown that there was obvious changes in the RBC's deformation and orientation in the senescent models. The ability to deformation and orientation is better in younger RBCs than in those olders.
