摘要(Abstract)：

本文采用Holmes的社会适应量表对106名神经性皮炎患者和106名健康对照进行了测定分析。结果显示:有社会因素刺激者发生神经性皮炎的危险性明显高于无社会因素刺激者。病因分值计算表明:有68％的神经性皮炎患者发病与生活应激刺激有关。
Some cllnical observations have suggested that stressful events may play an importent role in neurodermatitis. However, there are not any controlled investigations using standardized methods of event assessment to substantiat this hypothesis. The investigation covered 106 patients and 106 control subjects by means of Holmes Social Readhustment Rating Questionnire for the event in one year before the first sign of disease onset. The results showed that the chance of neurodermatitis in persons with the stressful life events was 3.19 times higher than those without the events (EOR=3.19, X~2=16.6, P<0.01). The further analysis of etiologic fraction (EF) indicated that the sixty-eight percent of those patients were involved in the stressful life events. This permits a conclusion that the unwanted life changes aretan important pathogenic factor in neurodermatitis.
