摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解大学生结核感染的状况。方法:采用结核菌素皮肤接种试验和问卷调查的方法,调查3 265名大学生结核感染情况。结果:总阳性率16.05%,5 mm,10 mm,15 mm,20 mm 4个标准的阳性率分别为7.17%,4.76%,3.58%,0.58%。源于城市的学生对结核菌素的反应性高于来自农村的学生。结论:由于年龄、生理、环境等原因,大学生是结核病的易感人群,应该采取有力的相应预防措施。
Objective: To determine tuberculin reactivity among undergraduate students of our university. Methods: The investigation was performed to 3265 subjects by standardized tuberculin test with the purified protein derivative of tuber culin (PPD) produced by Beijing Xiangrui Bioengineering Company. Results: The general positive rate of PPD reaction was 16.05%. And the positive rates were 7.17%, 4.76%, 3.58%, and 0.58% on levels of 5mm, 10mm, 15mm and 20 respectively. Conclusions: The PPD reaction of students coming from cites is stronger than students from rural area. Much attention should be paid to prevention and control of tuberculosis.
