新分离的灭蚊真菌(Pythium sp.GY1938)对家蝇幼虫的安全性检测

摘要(Abstract):

目的:检测新分离的灭蚊真菌(Pythiumsp.代号GY1938)对非靶生物家蝇(Musca dom esticaV ic ina)幼虫的安全性。方法:用分别拌以高(1%)、中(0.5%)和低(0.1%)剂量该真菌菌丝悬液的家蝇饲料饲养家蝇幼虫,并以不加真菌的家蝇饲料饲养的家蝇幼虫作对照。待幼虫成熟后,拣出幼虫并计数,计算幼虫拣出率。并观察幼虫的外形,称体重。结果:实验组家蝇幼虫的外形和体重与对照组无显著性差异。结论:灭蚊真菌Pyth-ium sp.GY1938对家蝇没有毒性作用。
Objective: To test if the newly isolated mosquito-killing fungus(Pythium sp.,GY1938) is safe to domestica fly larvae(Musca domestica Vicina),a non-target organism other than mosquito.Methods: Fly eggs were randomly divided into 4 groups(200 for each).After they hatched,3 groups of them were fed with fodder mixed with different concentrations of fungal mycelia suspension and to be low-dosage group(0.1%),middle-dosage group(0.5%) and high-dosage group(1%)respectively.The other one group was fed with fodder without fungal mycelia as control.The mature larvae were checked morphologically and their body weight was measured with electronic balance.Results: There was no evidence to show that the fungus had any harmful effect on the development of the housefly eggs or larvae.Conclusion: Mosquito-killing fungus,Pythium sp.GY1938 is safe to domestica fly larvae.
