氩氦刀治疗脑胶质瘤后组织病理学及超微结构变化

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究氩氦靶向冷冻治疗系统(氩氦刀)治疗后的组织病理学及其超微结构的改变。方法:取氩氦刀治疗前后的脑胶质瘤标本组织病理和超微结构切片对比观察。结果:光镜下,冷冻前后的组织切片中均可见出血坏死灶,不能确定是否为冷冻损伤;而冷冻后标本在透射电镜下可见几乎所有细胞核膜肿胀,核皱缩,染色质凝结。结论:氩氦刀对胶质瘤细胞具有直接摧毁作用,对该病的治疗有确切价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of cryocare surgical system in treatment for glioma. Methods: The pathological sections obtained from glioma before and after cryotherapy were studied under light and electronic microscopy. Results: The necrosis and hemorrhage were seen in all of the pathological sections. Whether the damages were or not caused by cryotherapy could not be determined yet. However, the pathological sections after the cryotherapy showed that the nuclei shrank, the nuclear membrane swelled, and the chromatin became marginated and condensed to coarse granules. The mitochondria extremely swelled, and some of them became fragmented seen under electronic microscope. All the changes showing the gliomatous cells were obviously necrosed. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the cryocare surgical system could effectively destroy the glioma.
