摘要(Abstract):
对26名微波作业人员(微波组)和34名高频作业人员(高频组)及20名无接触的健康者(对照组)进行了淋巴细胞微核、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)和染色体畸变(CA)的检测。结果表明,电磁波辐射作业人员,不论是微波组还是高频组,其淋巴细胞微核率、SCE值和CA率都有明显升高,与对照组相比,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。证明电磁波辐射对人体遗传物质的影响是确实存在的
In this paper, 26 workers exposed to microwave(MW),34 exposed to high-frequency eletromagnetic-wave(HF),and 20 as control(NMH) were analyzed the rates of lymphocyte micronuclei,sister chromatid exchange(SCE) and chromosomal aberrations(CA). The results shows that all of these indices were significantly higher(P<0. 01),not only in the MW group but also in the HF group than in the NMH group.The results indicat clearly that electromagnetic wave radiation can alter the hereditary substance of human.
