摘要(Abstract)：

对８２例喉癌患者治疗进行分析。５、１０年生存率为４１．５％及２５．０％，生存率与病变部位、期别、颈淋巴结转移等有关。早期声门区癌单纯放疗的疗效不亚于手术，Ⅰ期喉癌单纯放疗与手术加放疗的疗效相近，应以放疗为主；Ⅱ期喉癌单纯放疗及手术加放疗５年生存率为６９．２％及１００％（Ｐ＜０．０５），应选手术加放疗；Ⅲ、Ⅳ期喉癌单纯放疗及手术加放疗５年生存率为２５％及２２．７％（Ｐ＞０．０５），主张放疗。有颈淋巴结转移及无转移时５年生存率为２２．０％及６１．０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。声门区癌５、１０年生存率为５９．４％及４４．４％，声门上区癌为３０．０％及１２．０％，声门下区癌为３３．３％及０，声门区癌较声门上、下区癌生存率高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
82 patients with laryngeal carcinoma were treated at our department.The fiveyear survival rates and tenyear rates were 415% and 250%.The prognostic factors influencing survival were tumor location,stage and lymthnode involvement.The curative effect of early fottic cancer's single radiotherapy are better than opertion's,the curative effect of onestage laryngocarcinma's single radiotherapy was as the same as it of operation mixed with radiotherapy,priority should be given to radiotherape,the fiveyear survival rates of curative effect of twostage laryngocarcinoma's single radiotherapy and operation mixed with radiotherapy's were 692% and 1000% (P<005),choosing operation mixed with radiotherapy would be better,the fiveyear survival rates of curative effect of three,fourstage laryngocarcinoma's single radiotherapy and operation mixed with radiotherapy were 250% and 227% (P>005),priority should be given to radiotherapy.The fiveyear survival rates of lymthnode involvement and not involvement were 220% and 610% (P<001).The fiveyear and tenyear survival rates of glottic cancer were 574% and 444%,the supraglottic cancer's were 300% and 120%,the infraglottic cancer's were 333% and the survival rates of glottic cancer are higher than supraglottic cancer's and infraglottic cancer's (P<005).
