皮层第二体感区对尾核神经元单位自发放电的影响

摘要(Abstract):

作者在34只清醒麻痹的家猫身上观察到,电刺激SⅡ区对尾核头部神经元自发放电有影响。62个单位中,被抑制的51.6%,被兴奋的19.4%,无变化的29.0%,总有效率为71.0%(P<0.01),并提示以抑制效应为主。表明SⅡ区的下行活动对尾核单位自发放电有调制作用。
During somatosensory area Ⅱ (SII) was stimulated with electricity,the effects of spontaneous spikes at the head of the caudate nucleus were observed in waking and flaxedil-immobilized cats.In the 62 units, 51.6% were inhibited, 19.4% were excited and 29% were no change,and the total effect rate was 71%.It suggested that the inhibition effect is main.It shows the descending activities of area SII has the modulation role to the spontaneous spikes of the neurons of the caudate nucleus.
