摘要(Abstract)：

眼白化病是由于黑素合成先天低下或缺陷所致局限于眼球的遗传性疾病,国内未见报导。本文报告了一家系三代11个成员中的4个患者,为中间型性连锁遗传的典型例子。
A family of ocular albinism are reported.The cause of this disease is lacking of melatonin in the eyeball.Four oat of eleven family members of three generations suffered from this disease.All of the injured Persuns were females.but it does not mean males would not injured,it,is only by chance. This is a typical example of intermediate sex-linkaged inheritant disease because the attacked gone is on the x-chromosome.
