锗化合物在食品及医药中的应用研究 1.Ge—201、Ge—202对胃肠平滑肌的作用

摘要(Abstract):

低浓度Ge-201、Ge-202(浴槽药物浓度分别为6.65×10~(-5)~7.89×10~(-4)、7.13×10~(-4)~2.14×10~(-3))对离体兔空肠肌的节律性运动有兴奋作用,使肠肌收缩幅度增大,且能对抗肾上腺素引起的肠抑制。高浓度的Ge-201、Ge-202(浴槽药物浓度分别为7.69×10~(-4)、2.14×10~(-3)以上)对离体兔空肠肌的节律性运动有抑制作用。其肠肌兴奋作用是通过兴奋H_1受体产生的。给小鼠2%、5%Ge—201以及10.7%Ge—202灌胃,墨汁移动率与对照组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.001),表明Ge-201、Ge-202可增强小鼠胃肠推进性运动。
This paper reports the effects of Ge-201 or Ge-202 on isolated intestinal smooth muscles from 15 rabbits and on gastrointestinal propulsion in 56 mica. The organic germanium compound-Ge-201 and Ge-202 were Compounded by Guiyang smeltery. Ge-201 or Ge-202 (6.65×10~(-5)-7.69×10~(-7); 7.13×10~(-4)-2.14×10~(-3)) stimulated the isolated jejunum of rabbits, increasing its concentration response. However Ge-201 or Ge-202 at high concentrations (over 7.69 ×10~(-4); 2.14×10~(-3)) showed an inhibitory effect. M-receptor blocking drugo atropine could not antagonise the stimulant effect of Ge-201 or Ge-202 on isolated intestinal smooth miscles of rabbit, but this effect was antagonized by H_1-receptor blocking drag diohenhydramine. These results show that stimulation of Ge-201 or Ge-202 on intestinal smooth muscles is induced by H_1-receptor stimulating effect. The black ink movement rate was significantly increased after 2%, 5% Ge-201 or 10.7% Ge-202 was given to mice. This shows that Gc-20l or Ge-202 can enhance gastrointestinal propulsion.
