紫外分光光度法测定蜂胶搽剂中总黄酮的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立蜂胶搽剂中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:在509nm的波长处测定吸收度,以芦丁为对照品,辅料溶液作为空白,采用分光光度法对蜂胶搽剂进行总黄酮的含量测定。结果:芦丁在8.18~48.96mg/L线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=0.0119C-0.0045(n=6),相关系数r=0.9999;平均回收率为101.44%,RSD为2.15%(n=5)。结论:该方法方便、准确、重复性好,适用于蜂胶搽剂的日常分析和质量控制。
Objective: To established ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavone content in propolis liniments. Methods: Lutin was selected as a reference material, and the samples were dertermined at 509 nm. Results:The linear range for lutin was 8.18~48.96 mg/L, A=0.011 9C - 0.004 5( n =6), r =0.999 9; The recovery rate was 101.44%, RSD =2.15% ( n =5)。Conclusions: The method is easy-to-handle with good accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the routine analysis and quality control of propolis liniments.
