摘要(Abstract):
目的:对青牛胆的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18柱色谱进行分离、纯化,根据理化常数和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果:从青牛胆中分离出5个化合物,经鉴定为:20β-羟基蜕皮素(Ⅰ)、金果榄苷(Ⅱ)、非洲防己碱(Ⅲ)、尖防己碱(Ⅳ)、药根碱(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Tinospora sagittata.Methods: Various chromatographic techniques including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and RP-18 trabeculum were used to isolate the constituents of T.sagittata,and their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods.Result: Five compounds were isolated from T.sagittata,and their structures were identified as 20β-hydroxy-ecdysone(Ⅰ),tinoside(Ⅱ),columbamine(Ⅲ),acutumine(Ⅳ),and jatrorrhizine(Ⅴ).Conclusion: This is the first report that compound Ⅴbeing isolated from T.sagittata.
