2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与血清25羟基维生素D的关系
The Relationship between Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque and Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D Levels of Type 2 Diabetic Patients

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与血清25羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平的关系。方法:选取T2DM患者206例,测定颈部血管B超,并根据颈部血管B超结果分为颈动脉无斑块组、小斑块组、中大斑块组,测定25(OH)D。结果:(1)颈动脉中大斑块组25(OH)D水平明显低于颈动脉无斑块组、颈动脉小斑块组(P<0.001);颈动脉小斑块组25(OH)D水平明显低于颈动脉无斑块组(P<0.01)。(2)颈动脉中大斑块组年龄、尿酸水平明显高于颈动脉无斑块组、颈动脉小斑块组(P<0.05)。结论:(1)T2DM颈动脉无斑块组、小斑块组、中大斑块组患者中,25(OH)D水平逐渐减少,颈动脉斑块大小与25(OH)D水平呈负相关。(2)25(OH)D、年龄、尿酸会对T2DM患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块产生一定程度的影响。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis plaque and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH) D] level of type 2 diabetic(T2DM) patients.Methods: Total 206 T2DM patients were chosen and carotid B-ultrasound were performed in them.The patients were divided into three groups according to carotid B-ultrasound results: non plaque group(group NP),small plaque group(group SP) and medium/big plaque group(group MBP).25(OH)D levels were measured.Results:(1)Serum 25(OH) D level in group MBP was lower than that in group SP and group NP(P<0.001).Serum 25(OH) D level in group SP was lower than that in group SP(P<0.005).(2)The age and uric acid level of group MBP were higher than those in group SP and group NP(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)With the increase of plaque size,the 25(OH) D level decreases.Plaque size is negatively correlated with 25(OH) D level.(2)The 25(OH) D level,age and uric acid level can affect the size of carotid plaque in T2DM to some degree.
