麻风病人及家属头发中锌铜含量的研究Hair Zinc Copper Levels in Leprosy Patients and Family Relations

摘要(Abstract)：
本文用火焰原子吸收分光光谱法检测115例各型麻风病人、30例麻风家属和20名健康人的头发锌铜水平,结果显示各型病人及其家属发锌水平低于对照组,P<0.05～P<0.01。各型病人随麻风免疫光谱自TT向LL移动,发锌值有下降趋势,TT和LL比较差异显著,P<0.05。抗麻风化疗后瘤型病人较未治疗者发锌有所增加,P<0.05。各组发铜值比较差异不明显。
One hundred and fifteen hair samples of leprosy patients (out of these patients: 25TT; 10BT; 12BB; 21BL; 36LL, total 104 cases were treated with Dapson-Rifampin for several years; untreated lepromatous patients were 11), 30 relative contacts and 20 healthy persons were collected. The contents of zinc, copper in these samples were determined by means of the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AA-670 types made in Japan). The zinc contents in the hair of leprosy patients were significantly lower than that of the healthy persons(P<0.05 for TT, BT and P<0.01 for BB, BL, LL). A gradual decline tendency was observed from TT to LL pole, arranged in the order of TT>BT>BL>LL. The hair zinc levels of the untreated lepromatous patients were significantly lower than the treated ones(P<0.05). A few changes were found in the hair copper in different leprosy groups.
