摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定苦丁降压胶囊中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用KromasilC18柱 ,以乙腈 -水 -磷酸 (2 5∶97 4∶0 1)为流动相 ,流速 :1ml·min-1,柱温 :室温 ,检测波长 2 70nm。结果 :天麻素进样量在 0 4 0 8～ 2 0 4 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,γ =0 9997(n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 99 3% ,RSD为 1 79%。 结论 :高效液相色谱法测定苦丁降压胶囊中天麻素含量的方法简便、准确、重现性好 ,适用于苦丁降压胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method that determine gastrodin in kudingjiangya Capsules with RP-HPLC. Methods: A Kromasil ODS-C 18 column(200 mm×5.0 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of CH 3CN-H 2O-H 3PO 4(2.5∶97.4∶0.1), the detection wavelength of 270 nm, and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was room temperature. Results: A good linearity between the range of 0.408-2.040 μg was found(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.3%, with RSD of 1.79%. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and reproducible for gastrodin determination, and is suitable for the use of quality control of Kudingjiangya capsules.
