制订医学诊断参考值的混杂样本剖析法——Weibull分布在医学中的应用A METHOD OF DISSECTING MIXED SAMPLES FOR ESTIMATING THE REFERENCE VALUES OF MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS

摘要(Abstract):
本文以 Weibull 分布为数学模型,提出了:(1)以 Marquardt 非线性最小二乘法估计参数的剖析法;(2)一个系统的混杂样本剖析,参考值制订及相应假阴性率、漏诊率和误诊率估计的计算程序。通过剖析一临床资料,证实了本法的可靠性和可行性。
In this paper,we basing on the mathematical model of Weibull distribu- tions,present:(1).the Marquardt's nonlinear least square dissecting method; (2)a systematic computerized program for the dissection of mixed samples, the determination of reference values and the estimation of false-negative per- centages as well as the rate of mis-diagnosis and false-diagnosis.The results obtained from one clinical trial demonstrate that there is quite a agreement in the distribution and the reference values between the dissected and the control samples.The result is reliable and the method applicable in clinical practice.
