人胎小肠的组织发生
HISTOGENESIS OF THE IUMAN SMALL INTESTINE

摘要(Abstract):

取1例胚胎、96例胎儿和6例新生儿的小肠,光镜下观察其主要结构的出现时间和形态分化。7周胚的十二指肠正值管腔重建。十二指肠的绒毛、肠脲、杯状细胞和内分泌细胞于第9周胎出现。肠脲基底的成熟潘氏细胞出现于第14周。在十二指肠绒毛顶端有嗜银细胞大量聚集的濑木帽出现于第15周胎儿至新生儿阶段。十二指肠腺于14周或15周胎形成,腺内除柱状细胞外尚含有潘氏细胞和嗜银细胞。小肠壁的四层结构直至21周始建立。
The time of appearance and morphological differentiation of essential struc- ture of small intestine in 1 embryo,96 fetuses and 6 neonates were observed by light microscope.In 7-week old embryo,the lumen of the duodenum was recanalizing.The villi,crypts,goblet cells and endocrine cells were presen- ted during 9th week.The mature Paneth cells appeared at the base of develo- ping crypts in the 14th week.A large agglegation of argyrophil cells on the top of villi—Segi′s cap of duodenum were identified from 15th week to newborn period.The Brunner′s glands were formed at 14th or 15th week,in which unless colmnar cells were contained Paneth cells and argyrophil cells.Dnring 21th week,the 4 layers of small intestine were established.
