摘要(Abstract)：

目的:建立气相色谱法测定小建中胶囊中桂皮醛的含量。方法:采用以PEG-20M为固定相的毛细管色谱柱,柱温为160℃,载气为氮气,分流进样,分流比10∶1;氢火焰离子化检测器,温度为220℃。结果:桂皮醛线性范围为0.032~0.226μg,相关系数为0.999 6,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.21%。结论:用气相色谱法测定小建中胶囊中桂皮醛含量准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of cinnamic aldehyde in Xiaojianzhong capsules.Methods:The determination was carried out on a PEG-20M capillary column with temperature of 160℃.Nitrogen was used as carrier gas.Split injection was adopted and the split ratio was 10:1.Hydrogen flame ionization detector was used and the working temperature was 220℃.Results:the linear range of cinnamic aldehyde was 0.032～0.226μg,r=0.9996;The average recovery of assay was 98.6% with RSD 1.21%.Conclusions:The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It could be used for quality control of Xiaojianzhong capsules.
