摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨腔内隔绝术治疗胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤的方法以及评价其效果。方法:采有腔内隔绝术治疗胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤5例,对手术时机、治疗效果进行分析。结果:手术治疗后5例夹层动脉瘤的假腔立刻消失,动脉瘤腔内隔绝手术均获得成功。结论:腔内隔绝术治疗大动脉瘤具有安全、创伤少、效果确切等优点,在严格掌握适应症的基础上,开展腔内隔绝术是有价值的。
