摘要(Abstract)：

本文报告应用起搏器治疗30例急性心脑缺氧综合征,均取得了较满意的效果。作者结合本组病例讨论了对安置起搏器常见并发症的防治体会,并对起搏器性能作了比较,结果表明,秦明公司Pinnacle 8619型是目前国内较理想的埋藏式起搏器。
The article reports 30 patients with Adams-Stokes Syndrome applied pacemaker cure who have obtained more satisfactory effect. The choices for the patients of Adams-Stokes and pacemaker were discussed, combining literature and clinical experience. Combined happended cases of this group, we consider that the preoperative preparation must do well, the operation must bo aseptic, the inserting catheter technique must be mastered in proficiency the electrode tip should rapidly pass through the orifice of tricuspid valves to right ventricular before setting pacemaker. Isoprenalene of intravenous drip should be avoided as far as possible during setting pacemaker. These can lessen and avoid a fatal arrhythmia complication. The writer thinks that Pinnacle 8619 of Chingming Company is a more ideal buried type pacemaker in our country.About the pacemaker of program control,its function ought to use full.
