摘要(Abstract):
目的: 探讨卵子与精子短时间或长时间共培养对体外受精结局的影响。方法: 选择140个体外受精(IVF)周期作为研究对象,按精-卵共培养时间分为二组:A组(18h)共77个周期,B组(2h)共63个周期。B组在培养2h后将卵-冠-丘复合物移入新鲜的培养液中。将2组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、胚胎植入率、临床妊娠率进行比较。结果: B组的受精率、优质胚胎率、胚胎植入率、临床妊娠率均显著高于A组,卵裂率无明显差别。结论: 长时间的精-卵共培养可能对受精及胚胎发育产生不利影响,缩短培养时间可以提高受精率、胚胎质量、胚胎植入率,继而提高临床妊娠率。
Objective: To investigate the effects of short time and long time sperm-oocyte coincubation on outcomes of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Methods: 140 IVF cycles were included in this study, and were divided into two groups according to different coincubation time. Group A (18h) contained 77 cycles; Group B (2h) contained 63 cycles. In group B, cumulus oophorus complexes were washed after 2-hours coincubation and moved into fresh culture medium. Those in group A were moved into fresh culture medium after 18-hours coincubation. The fertilization rates, cleavage rates, good embryo rates, implantation rates and clinical pregnancy rates of the 2 groups were compared. Results: The fertilization rate, good embryo rate, implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. Cleavage rates were not significantly different. Conclusions: Long time sperm-oocyte coincubation may produce negative effect on fertilization and embryo development. Shortening the coincubation time can increase clinical pregnancy rate by improving fertilization rate, embryo quality, and implantation rate.
