摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨生物反馈辅助治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效。方法:对60例广泛性焦虑的病人随机分为研究组(反馈治疗组)和对照组(药物治疗组),两组均给予抗焦虑药物帕罗西汀和镇静安眠药阿普唑仑治疗4周,研究组同时行生物反馈治疗2周,用匹兹堡睡眠量表PSQI评定疗效。结果:治疗4周后,两组PSQI评分较入组时显著降低,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈辅助治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效优于单纯药物治疗。
Objective:To study the adjunctive curative effects of biofeedback in the treatment of general anxiety disorder. Methods: Sixty patients of general anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group . Anxiolytic drug paroxetine and sedation-soporific drug alprazolam were given to patients in both the 2 groups daily at bedtime for 4 weeks. In addition,biofeedback therapy was carried out to patients in experimental group for 2 weeks accompanying the medication. The curative results were evaluated with PSQI tests. Results: At the end of the treatments,PSQI scores of the two groups decreased significantly than before (P<0.05),and the difference between PSQI scores of the two group was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mediation assisted by biofeedback is more effective than drug treatment alone to cure general anxiety disorder.
