辛芍提取物对大鼠的毒性研究
An Observation on Long-term Toxicity of Xinshao Extractant to Rats

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察辛芍提取物对大鼠的长期毒性作用。方法:80只SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为给药组及对照组,给药组分别给予高、中、低剂量的辛芍提取液,对照组给生理盐水,每日腹腔注射,连续3个月;观察大鼠的一般状况、体重、摄食量,给药及停药后14 d大鼠的血常规及血液生化指标,脏器系数、解剖学及病理组织学改变。结果:大鼠给药期和停药后第14天动物的一般状况良好,外观、行为、排泄物未发现明显的与药物作用有关的异常变化;个别剂量组的血常规、血液生化指标与对照组比较有明显改变,但均在正常范围内波动;大鼠体重增长、摄食量、脏器系数及病理组织学检查结果正常。结论:临床剂量的辛芍提取物毒性小,使用安全。
Objective:To observe long-term toxicity of Xinshao extractant to rats.Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups(20 in each),and orally given with Paeonia rubra at doses of 15,7.5,and 3.75 g/kg of crude drug respectively,or with saline(for control group) daily for 3 months.The physical status(body weight,growth rate and ingestion amount) during the whole course,and hematological parameters,blood biochemistry,organ indexes,and tissue pathological changes of rats in 14 days after the cessation of the experiment were checked.Results: Animal physical status was in good condition in administration period and recovery.Some indicators of individual dose group compared with the control group showed significant differences,but all within the normal range fluctuation.There was no significant change in other indexes.Conclusion: Xinshao is safe in its clinical use with the recommended dosages.
