摘要(Abstract)：

目的:研究鼻咽癌中细胞周期蛋白E(cyclin E)和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子(p27kip1)的表达及相关性。方法:以抗cyclin E抗体、抗p27kip1抗体为标记物,采用免疫组织化学方法(Elivision法)对37例鼻咽癌、17例慢性鼻咽炎石蜡标本进行检测,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:37例鼻咽癌组织中cyclin E和p27kip1阳性表达率分别为51.4%和45.9%,17例慢性鼻咽炎中cyclin E和p27kip1阳性表达率分别为5.9%和88.2%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。cyclin E阳性表达与病理分型、临床分期、淋巴结转移、颅神经侵犯无关(P>0.05),但与3年生存率有关(P<0.05);p27kip1阳性表达与病理分型、临床分期、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),但与颅神经侵犯及3年生存率有关(P<0.05)。cyclin E与p27kip1二者的表达有负相关性(r=-0.509,χ2=9.745,P=0.002)。结论:cyclin E和p27kip1表达可能是判断鼻咽癌生物学行为的指标。
Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclin E and p27kip1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their associativity.Methods:Elivision immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of cyclin E and p27kip1 in 37 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 17 cases of non-tumor nasopharyngeal tissue.Results:The positive rates of cyclin E expression and p27kip1 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 51.4% and 45.9%,while those in chronic nasopharyngitis were 5.9% and 88.2%,respectively.The results of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly different from those of non-tumor group(P<0.01).The expression of cyclin E had no significant correlation with the tumor grades,cranial nerve encroaching,lymph node metastases or clinical staging(P>0.05),but it's significantly correlated to the patient's 3-year survival rates(P<0.05).The expression of p27kip1 correlated with cranial nerve encroaching(P<0.05)and the 3-year survival rates of the patients(P<0.05),but had no significant correlation to the tumor grades,lymph node metastases,or clinical staging(P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between cyclin E expression and p27kip1 expression(P<0.05,r=-0.509,χ2=9.745,P=0.002).Conclusions:Cyclin E and p27kip1 expressions may be important prognostic indicators and potentially useful for assessing tumor malignancy.
