儿科消化系统疾病诊治智能系统的设计

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍一个计算机诊治儿科消化系统疾病智能系统,采用人工智能技术。经三年推广使用,有较好的临床效果。系统设计所涉及到的其他技术,文中也作了介绍。
This paper introduces a diagnosis and therapy system of Chinese medicine for pediatric digestive diseases. Artificial intelligence technique and "man- machine interaction" were used for its design. This method is more conveni- ent, quick and of better effect than others. Imitating reasoning of the Chinese medicine diagnosis and the experience of accumulation in our diagnosis prac- tice, a multilevel control was abopted in the system. The system consists of some modular blocks which are independent of each other in function. It has essential functions of learning and adaptation, and may perform differential diagnosis, record patient′s data and form a recipe. The response rate obtained from data of the three-year practical application was more than 90%. The other technique in design and some flow charts of programs are also described.
