用高效液相色谱法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊三组分的含量The Determination of Three Components in Ankahuangmin Capsule by HPLC

摘要(Abstract):
目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。方法:采用W aters Nova-pak C18(150 mm×3.9 mm,4μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.03 mol/L磷酸氢二铵溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 m l/m in,检测波长214 nm,柱温30℃。结果:采用HPLC测定对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量,线性范围分别为205.61 233.8μg,12.161 233.8μg,12.1672.96μg,1.0372.96μg,1.036.18μg,r=0.999 7,0.999 9,0.999 9;平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=0.3%),99.5%(RSD=0.5%),99.8%(RSD=0.8%)。结论:HPLC法简便、快速、准确,用此法同时测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中3个组成成分的含量,能更好地控制产品质量。
Objective: To determinate the contents of acetaminophen, caffeine, and chlorphenamine maleates in the Ankahuangmin Capsule with HPLC. Methods: The column used in the analysis was Waters Nova-pak C18(150mm×3.9mm,4μm) at 30℃, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.03mol/L diammonium hydrogen phosphate (adjusted with phosphate acid to pH3.1) (12∶88) containing 0.75mmol/L heptane sulfonic acid sodium. The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0ml/min. The wavelength of the UV detector was 214nm. Result: The linear range of acetaminophen, caffeine, chlorphenamine maleates were 205.66.18μg,r=0.999 7,0.999 9,0.999 9;平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=0.3%),99.5%(RSD=0.5%),99.8%(RSD=0.8%)。结论:HPLC法简便、快速、准确,用此法同时测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中3个组成成分的含量,能更好地控制产品质量。

The recovery rates were 99.5%(RSD=0.3%), 99.5%(RSD=0.5%), and 99.8%(RSD=0.8%)respectively. Conclusions: The HPLC method is simple, easy to operate, and can be used in quality control of Ankahuangmin Capsule.
