摘要(Abstract)：

测定６１例肾脏病患者血清血管紧张素转化酶（ＡＣＥ）的含量，结果发现：肾炎综合征的ＡＣＥ均值显著高于正常（Ｐ＜０．０１），而慢性肾功能不全、肾病综合征和慢性肾盂肾炎的ＡＣＥ均值与正常人无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明不同类型的肾脏疾病血清ＡＣＥ变化不同。
Serum angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE) was measured in 61 patients with renal disease. The results showed that ACE concentration was markedly higher in nephritis syndrome[(77.82±28.32) nm·ml-1/min] than that in the normal controls[(61.77±15.34) nm·ml-1/min](P<0.01). There were no significant difference of serum ACE in nephrotic syndrome[(68.60±29.27) nm·ml-1/min],chronic renal failure[(65.87±21.98) nm·ml-1/min] and chronic pyelonephritis [(65.30±17.67) nm·ml-1/min] than that in the normal (P>0.05). The data indicated that: in different types of renal diseases serum ACE concentration changed differently.
