电针治疗脑梗塞的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

用热凝术造成大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞,术后5min给予电针治疗一次,以后每天治疗一次。定期、分批对大鼠进行神经症状检查、大脑梗死面积测量及光镜下检查,并与非电针治疗组进行比较。发现:电针治疗组各时间神经症状明显改善;术后24小时,7天大脑梗死面积百分比均显著降低;光镜下梗死灶周边变性神经细胞减少,间质水肿减轻。表明电针对早期脑缺血有一定治疗作用。
This paper reports the effects of galvano-acupuncture on ischemia of the brain due to middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)in Wistar rats. A set of points were stimulated with galvano-acupuncture the first time 5 minutes after MCAO, and then once a day. Neurologic deficits in the MCAO rats treated with acupuncture were less severe than that in the MCAO rats without treatment;the average size of brain infarction in the rats treated with acupuncture killed at 24th h, and on the 3rd and 7th day after MCAO was 19±2.2, l5±2.1, 9±0.3 respectively, being smaller than thet in the control rats without acupuncture treatment (26±2.7, 19±2.6, 15±1.9, P<0.05), the density of ischemic cells in the adjacent area was less severe (P<0.05)。Our findings show that acupuncture with electric stimulation exhibits a therapeutic effect in the early stage of brain ischemia。
