黏附分子在胃癌中的表达及意义Expression of Adhesion Molecules and Its Significance in Gastric Carcinoma

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨黏附分子上皮钙黏素(E-cadherin,E-CD)、CD44H在胃癌组织中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法研究20例慢性胃炎,20例胃黏膜异型增生及50例胃癌组织中E-CD、CD44H的表达。结果:慢性胃炎,胃黏膜异型增生及胃癌组织中E-CD的阳性表达率分别为95％(19/20例)、85％(17/20例)、42％(21/50例),良、恶性病变差异有显著性(P<0.01);CD44H的阳性表达率分别为10％(2/20例)、15％(3/20例)、72％(36/50例),两者差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);同时E-CD及CD44H在胃癌组织中的表达与其分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期等有相关关系(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:E-CD及C]M4H参与了肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移。
Objective: To study the expression of E-cadherin(E-CD) ,CD44H and the relationship of their expression and biological behavior in carcinoma. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry of SP, 20 cases of chronic gastritis ( CG), 20 cases of dysplasia ( Dys), and 50 cases of gastric cancer ( GC ) were examined. Results: The positive rates of E-CD in CG, Dys, GC were 95% , 85% , and 42% , respectively. These positive rates in CG, and Dys were higher than that in carcinoma(P <0. 01) ; and the positive rates of CD44H were 10% , 15% , and 72% , respectively; the positive rates in CG, Dys were lower than that in carcinoma(P <0. 01) ,and the expression of E-CD,CD44H in gastric carcinoma were related to cancer' s differentiation, depth of invasive, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P<0. 01). Conclusion: E-CD and CD44H were involved in the tumorigenesis,development, invasion and metastasis.
