摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察原发性高血压患者外周血白介素-6(IL-6)基因表达,初步探讨其与原发性高血压的关系及其意义。方法:用放射免疫法测定62例原发性高血压患者和30例正常对照者外周血IL-6蛋白含量,用逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测外周血单个核细胞中IL-6 mRNA表达。结果:与对照组比较,原发性高血压组患者外周血IL-6蛋白水平及外周血单个核细胞中IL-6 mRNA表达均显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:IL-6可能参与了原发性高血压的病理生理过程,外周血单个核细胞的IL-6 mRNA表达上调可能是原发性高血压患者外周血IL-6蛋白水平升高的机制之一。
Objective:To observe the expression changs of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in peripherial blood of patients with essential hypertension (EH),and to probe the relationgship between IL-6 mRNA level and EH. Methods:The concentrations of circulating IL-6 of 62 EH patients (group EH) and 30 normal people (group CN) were measured by using radioimmunoassay,and the expression of mRNA of IL-6 in mononuclear cells was measured with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results:The concentration of protein IL-6 in peripherial blood and IL-6 mRNA in mononuclear cell of group EH were significantly higher than those of group CN (P<0.01). Conclusions:IL-6 might participate the patho-physiology process of EH.; Up-regulating expression of IL-6 mRNA may be one of the mechanisms increasing protein IL-6 in peripherial blood of EH patient.
