摘要(Abstract)：

采用新一代氟喹诺酮类药物乳酸环丙沙星注射液治疗呼吸道感染４５例，经临床观察，显效以上占８０．０％，总有效率为９１．１％，此药对革兰阴性杆菌所致院内感染，以及绿脓杆菌、金葡菌、肺炎支原体、沙门菌感染有效，对肺炎球菌、厌氧菌引起的呼吸道感染无效。
A new quinolone antibacterial agent-ciprofloxacin lactate injection was used intravenously to treat forty-five patients with resperatory tract infections.The results showed that obvious clinical effective rate was 80%. The total effective rate was 91.1%. The drug was effective in treating hospital acquired infections caused by Gram-negative bacilli and infections caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa,staphylococcus aureus, mycoplasma pneumoniae and salmonella. But the drug was not effective in treating resperatory tract infection caused by pneumococcus and anaerobe.
