摘要(Abstract)：
本文调查未婚妊娠人工流产妇女300例,其中工人(含临时工)120人,个体户及无业109人,学生20人,其他51人。≤20周岁96人,初中及以下文化程度188人。133例系第二次以上人流。调查发现初中及以下文化程度者结交男朋友相对较早,交男朋友到首次发生性交时间在6个月以内者比率较高,≤20岁和初中及以下文化程度者恋爱不稳固。与男方分手比率相对较高。
300 cases of unmarried pregnancy women of our Family Planning Clinic for artificial abortion in 1991 were investigated with the form of answering questionaire namelessly.Among them 120 were workers, self-employed labourer or no occupation 109, student 20 and others 51.96 were 20 or under 20 years old, 188 received under junior middle school education, 133 had accepted 2 or more artificial abortions.In this series 80.66% fell in love at 20 or under 20 years old, 76.67% had first sexual intercourse at the age of 21 or under, and 46.33% were within 6 months after falling in love.This investigation found, that the lower the cases' cultural level the earlier they fell in love and the higher percentage of sexual intercourse within 6 months.So, to carry out sexual education for adolescence is very important.
