摘要(Abstract)：

根据慢性肾衰以脾肾衰败为本，湿浊壅滞为标的病机特点，总结了２８例治疗经验。发现整个病程或病程之某个特定阶段均有湿热见证，按表现归纳出三个常见类型，以汤药为主治疗获得很好效果。其中显效８例，好转１７例，无效３例，近期总有效率为８３％。结果表明慢性肾衰从湿论治，可使症状得到改善和缓解，是治疗过程中不可忽视的重要法则之一。
Based on our clinical practice of 10 years , according to the etiologic feature of renal failure that the failure of the kidney and spleen is the essence and the turbid dampness stasis is the phenomenon,28 cases of this disease were analyzed. It is shown that, in the course or certain stages of the disease of all these cases, there were damp-heat symptoms which are categorized into 3. common types , namely :(1) the pathogenic factors stay in Shaoyang channel and damp-heat stands;(2) the spleen and kidney are exhausted and turbid dampness stagnant; (3) the liver-yin and kidney-yin are deficient and there is damp-heat stagnation. The principle of choosing recipe is strengthening the body's resistance without disturbing the pathogenic factors and eliminating pathogenic factors without impairing the body's resistance, For stringthening the body resistance, Shenling Baishu San (Powder of Ginseng, Poria and bighead Atractylodes) , Jiju Dihuang Wan (Bolus of six drugs, Rehmannia with Wolfberry and Chrysanthemum), and Erzhi Wan (Pill of two solstices) are usually used, and for eliminating pathogenic factors, drugs of heat-cleaning and detoxifying such as Herba Taraxaci, Radix Isatidis, raw Semen Coicis, and Cortex Phellodendri are used.In this way, the kidney failure symptoms will be alleviated markedly. It was shown that, in treating of chronic renal failure, planning therapeutic program by considering syndrome of dampness first is beneficial to the recovering of healthy energy and is one of the important principles that should not be beglected.
