川椒挥发油抗致病真菌作用的实验研究Antimycotic Effect of Zanthoxylum Volatile Oll in Vitro

摘要(Abstract):
本文测定了川椒挥发油对某些致病真菌的杀菌作用。结果显示川椒挥发油对11种皮肤癣菌和4种深部真菌均有一定的抑菌和杀菌作用,其中以羊毛样小孢子菌和红色毛癣菌最敏感,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)低于0.1HL/ml,最低杀菌浓度(MFC)为0.1HL/ml。实验证实月桂氮草酮和二甲基亚砜能促进挥发油进入真菌细胞内,加速细胞死亡.
The effect of zanthoxylum volatile oil against some pathogenic funguses in vitro was studied The results showed the MIC of volatile oil against dermatomyces ranged from 0.1 to 1 HL/ml. T.rabru/m and M. canis were the most sensitive fungi for this drug.The MIC against funguses in the depths of skin raged from 0.5 to 0.125 HL/ml,and cryptococcus neoformous was the most sensitive strain. Three percutaneous penetrative enhancers which influence the antimycotic effect of volatile oil were studied also. Azone and DMSO can seed up the drug to kill Candida albicans.
