摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :了解贵州汉族大学生心理健康状况及影响因素。方法 :以简明精神症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )为测试工具 ,采用分层整群随机抽样研究方法。结果 :调查对象心理状况各项指标均高于全国常模 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中强迫、抑郁、偏执等症状水平明显高于同龄人群 (P <0 0 1)。轻度心理症状检出率达到 2 2 84 %。不同年级、学科、学生来源间差异有显著性。结论 :应针对汉族大学生心理健康的特点开展心理健康促进干预
Objective: To understand the mental health status of the Han college students and the affecting factors. Methods: Stratified cluster sampling method was used to choose students to complete "SCL 90 Mental Symptoms Table". Results: All indexes of the subjects studied were higher than those of the state normal model (P<0 05), especially the symptoms of obsession, depression and paranoid (P<0 01). 22 84% of the total subjects studied fell into the category of "having mild psychological problems". There were differences between students from different grades, disciplines and other sources. Conclusion: It is imperative to start mental health education following education intervention promotion model to the Han college students for the special need of their mental health.
