摘要(Abstract)：

分析了经病理证实的４０例胃占位病变的Ｘ线及超声资料，旨在探讨超声及其与Ｘ线结合在胃占位病变中的价值。结果提示，超声和Ｘ线各有优缺点，二者结合使用，可互相取长补短，对提高胃占位病变的诊断质量，帮助临床制定合理的治疗方案有肯定价值。
To evaluate the value of combination of X-ray and ultrasound in the diagnosis of the neoplasm of stomach. 40 cases of the neoplasm of stomach diagnosis by X-ray combined with ultrasound were reviewed. The results showed that the combination of X-ray and ultrasound for diagnosis had it 8s advantages, To advance the diagnotic accuracy of the neoplasm of stomach and help to make a reasonable therapeutic plan, it is necessary that two methods be used conjunctinely.
