甲状腺素对人胚胸腺细胞CD_2抗原表达的影响

摘要(Abstract):

运用不同剂量甲状腺素与人胚胸腺细胞经不同时间孵育后,检测胸腺细胞E-玫瑰花环形成率。结果显示,在体外,甲状腺素的量高于血清总T4生理值5~100倍时,胸腺细胞Ea成花率明显增高,但无明显的量效关系,同样剂量的甲状腺素对胸腺细胞ET成花率无明显影响。孵育4h后,加甲状腺素和不加甲状腺素的胸腺细胞Ea成花率明显降低,孵育16h后,Ea、ET进一步降低。提示,甲状腺素能促进胸腺细胞CD2抗原的表达,并可能在胸腺细胞发育过程中具有促进胸腺细胞分化的作用。
After incubation of thyroxine with human embryonic thymocytes for 1,2,4 and 16 hours,E rosette formation rates were tested.The results showed ,the rated of E a were increased when thyroxine levels were higher 5-100 times than normal physiological level.No effect of ,however,same thyroxine level on E t rates was observed.After incubation for 4 hours,the E a rosette rates were significantly lower,and for 16 hours,the E t rates were decreased with thyroxine or without thyroxine.It suggests that thyroxine may promote CD 2 expression of thymocytes,and have effect on differentiatildn of thymocytes in their development.
