摘要(Abstract):
目的 :探讨急性脑梗死 (CI)患者红细胞内Ca2 + (EC)、红细胞内Mg2 + (EM )、血浆内皮素 (ET)、胰岛素抵抗 (ISI)、类洋地黄物质 (EDLS)的变化情况、相互之间的关系及胰岛素 (INS)、硫酸镁 (MgSO4)在治疗中的作用。方法 :测定 4 0例CI患者和 2 0例健康对照者EC、EM、PGa、PMg、ET、ISI、EDLS ,观察INS、MgSO4治疗后两周各项参数变化。结果 :CI患者EC、ET、ISI、EDLS增高 ,EC与ET、ISI、EDLS呈正相关 ;EM下降 ,EM与ET、ISI、EDLS呈负相关。INS、MgSO4治疗后EC、ET、ISI、EDLS下降 ,EM升高。结论 :细胞离子代谢失常与ET、ISI、EDLS含量变化有关 ,INS、MgSO4能改善CI患者异常的病理生理变化及细胞内离子代谢
Objective:1) To investigate changes of levels of erythrocyte calcium (EC), erythrocyte magnesium (EM), plasma calcium (PCa), plasma magnesium (PMg), and plasma endothelins (ET), insulin resistance index (ISI), and endogenous digitalis like substance (EDLS), and the relationship among them in acute cerebral infarction patients; 2) To understand the curative effect of insulin and magnesium sulfate. Methods:To 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients (CI group) and 20 normal people (control group), EC, EM, PCa, PMg were measured by flame assay with atomic absorption spectropholometry, and ET, EDLS were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Changes of each parameter were observed after 2 weeks of treatment with insulin and magnesium sulfate.Results:The EC, ET, EDLS, ISI were significantly elevated (P<0.05~0.01); EC was significantly positively correlated with ET, ISI, and EDLS; EM was significantly reduced (P<0.05); EM was significantly negatively correlated with ET, ISI,EDLS; EC, ET,I SI, EDLS were significantly reduced after 2 weeks of treatment of insulin and magnesium sulfate; EM was higher in CI group than in the normal controls. Conclusion: Abnormality of cell ion metabolism exists in acute CI patients. It might relate with content changes of ET, ISI, EDLS. Insulin and magnesium sulfate could improve pathophysiological condition and cell ion metabolism of acute cerebral infarction patients.
