摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨提高修正性内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的措施。方法:采用Messenklinger术式对68例复发性鼻窦炎,鼻息肉患者行修正性内窥镜鼻窦手术,并对鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果:68例(105侧)随访1年以上,治愈45例,好转10例,无效13例,有效率为80.8%,手术无严重的并发症发生。结论:充分的术前准备、熟练的手术操作,以及加强术后随访是提高手术疗效的关键因素。
Objective: To explore measures improving effects of amendment of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis and polyps.Methods: Amendment of endoscopic sinus surgery was performed on 68 patients with chronic sinusitis or polyps by using the Messerklinger technique and Strykerdebrider method,and the data collected were analyzed.Result: After follow-up observation for one year,45 patients of the 68 were successfully cured,10 patients showed improvement,but the other 13 failed.The effective rate was 80.8%.No serious complication occurred,except orbital hematoma in 5 patients,and profuse bleeding in 4.Conclusion: The operation quality can be greatly improved by enough preoperative preparation,fine operation,and postoperative follow-up treatment.
