摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究生长抑素对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡的影响。方法:将90只SD大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组、坏死组和生长抑素治疗组,用改良十二指肠闭襻法诱导急性坏死性胰腺炎模型。分别切取3组大鼠的胰腺标本行病理组织学检查,荧光显微镜下观察细胞凋亡及流式细胞光度术定量观察凋亡情况。结果:坏死组组凋亡少见,以细胞坏死为主;生长抑素治疗后可减轻胰腺腺泡细胞的坏死,增加其凋亡的发生。结论:胰腺炎腺泡细胞中存在细胞凋亡现象,细胞凋亡与坏死呈负相关,生长抑素可减轻胰腺炎病理损害促进其凋亡发生。
Objective: To investigate the effects of somatostatin on apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cells in rats with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: Ninety SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operated group(group SO),group ANP and somatostatin-treating group(group ANP+S).A modified method of duodenal loop ligation was used to establish rat models of pancreatitis.The histological changes of pancreas and morphology of cell apoptosis were observed under fluorescent microscope.Results:In group ANP,apoptotic cells were rarely observed,and instead,a lot of necrotic cells were seen.The treatment of somatostatin reduced necrosis but increased apoptosis of acinar cells.Conclusions: The phenomenon of cell apoptosis presents in the pancreatitic acinar cells.The degree of pancreatic apoptosis is inversely related to the severity of acute pancreatitis.Somatostatin may reduce the pathologic injury of pancreatic tissues due to pancreatitis and may increase the apoptosis speed in pancreatitic acinar cells.
