摘要(Abstract)：

应用Ａｒｉａｇａ的方法研究了年龄别死亡率对贵州省男女性平均寿命的影响。结果表明１９８１～１９９０年间１～４岁男、女性幼儿死亡率下降对平均寿命增量的贡献最大，男性婴儿死亡率的影响居第二位，女性婴儿死亡率的影响则最小。男女性老年组死亡率下降均对平均寿命增量有较大影响，但由于女性死亡率明显低于男性，故其影响大于男性。提示努力降低女性婴儿和男性老年组死亡率，将有助于增加平均寿命。
Effect of age specific mortality rate on average length of male and female in Guizhou is studied by using Arriaga's method.The results indicate that a fall in mortality rate for 1-4 Year old chidren exerted most influence on extension of average length during 1981-1990.The effect of mortality rate of male infants was at the second place,but the effect of female infants was the last of all female groups.In old people's groups,average length was affected obviously by a reduciton in mortality raet of male and female old peopel.The larger influence of female old people on average lemgth was obviously ascribed to their low mortality.These facts suggest that average length will be extended consideraby when mortality rates of female infants and male old people are lowered
