慢性肾衰发展过程中血NO水平进行性改变
The Progressive Changes of Serum NO Level in CRF Patients

摘要(Abstract):

探讨在CRF发展过程中NO的进行性改变及意义。用α萘胺显色酶标法测定75例CRF病人(分为四期)、29例CRF血透病人及26例正常对照的血清NO水平。1CRF各期NO值均显著高于正常,尤以代偿期(1期)和失代偿期(2期)升高幅度大,分别为178%和122%;但尿毒症前期(3期)和尿毒症期(4期)的升高百分比降到38%和25%。2NO水平在CRF组表现出明显的性别差异,女性值显著高于男性。3血透治疗后,NO水平也随着肾衰的改善而升高。提示:CRF前期血NO水平升高,既可能是肾衰代谢改变的结果,也可作为肾衰的一种代偿机制;CRF后期NO水平的下降,反映肾功能恶化。对CRF的治疗应力求维持血NO水平在一合理值
To observe the progressive changes and their significance of serum NO level in CRF patients. With α naphthalene amine enzyme mark assay, the serum NO level of 75 CRF patients (divided to four periods),29 CRF patients with blood dialysis, and 26 normal persons. The NO level in each CRF period is higher than normal. In the compensation period (1st period) and uncompensation period (2nd period), there are higher increased ratio (178% and 122%, respectively) ,but less in prophase of uremia (third period)(38%) and uremia (fourth period)(25%).Significant sex difference of NO level in CRF was appeared. The NO level in female is distinctly higher than one in male. After blood dialysis, the NO level increase with the ease of renal failure.The NO level increase in prophase CRF is either the result from the metabolic change in renal failure or one of its compensation mechanisms. The drop in anaphase CRF image the worse of renal function. Therefore it will be best to maintain the NO level in the reasonable value in CRF therapy.
