摘要(Abstract)：

本文对90例眩晕综合征患者进行了回顾性分析。其中男性60例,女性30例,年龄最小20岁,最大75岁,平均50岁。结合临床及辅助检查对其病因、诊断、鉴别诊断以及治疗进行了讨论。
This report gives a clinical analysis of 90 patients of vertigo syndrome. 60 of them are males and 30 females,The age of onset ranges 20-75,mean age is 50.The elderly patients are in 80 per cent.In this group the lesions of central vestibule and vascular constitute the majority(90%,80%),and in the latter the TIA of vertebra-base artery system account for 75%.Etiolgy, diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of the disease are also discuss- ed.
