摘要(Abstract):
目的:建立HPLC测定铜钱草中残留抗生素诺氟沙星含量的方法。方法:以贵阳市某医院花坛内铜钱草为研究对象,采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸(16∶84),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长282 nm,柱温30℃。结果:诺氟沙星在1.049 6×10-3~104.96×10-3μg(r=0.999 9)具有良好的线性关系,诺氟沙星检出限达0.005 7 mg/L,平均回收率为96.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.41%。结论:HPLC法操作简便,测定结果准确,可作为环境中残留抗生素诺氟沙星含量的检测方法。
Objective: To establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for quantitative determination of norfloxacin residual volume in Hydrocotyle vulgaris.Methods: Hydrocotyle vulgaris in a flower bed of some hospital in Guiyang was selected as study subject.The HPLC method was carried out on Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using methanol-1% acetic acid(16∶84) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Detection wavelength was 282 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results: The calibration curve for norfloxacin was linear in the range of 1.049 6×10-3~104.96 ×10-3μg(r=0.999 9).The detection limit was 0.005 7 μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 96.6%(RSD 2.41%).Conclusions: The method is simple and accurate for quantitative determination of norfloxacin residual volume in environment.
