摘要(Abstract):
目的 :探讨慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者血清瘦素浓度的变化与营养不良之间的关系。方法 :CRF组4 8例 ,分为血液透析组 2 5例 ,非透析组 2 3例 ;正常对照组 2 6例。采用放射免疫法测定血清瘦素水平 ,同时测定白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白。结果 :CRF组血清瘦素浓度显著高于正常对照组。CRF组白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白等营养客观生化指标均显著低下。在血透组 ,血清瘦素水平与白蛋白呈显著负相关。结论 :CRF时存在高瘦素血症 ,且可能导致营养不良
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the leptin levels of chronic renal failure (CRF) patients and nutrition disorders. Methods: 48 CRF patients were divided into two groups: 25 patients were treated with hemodialysis (HD), 23 patients weren't given hemodialysis (NHD). The control group was consisted of 26 healthy people. Serum leptin was measured with radioimmunoassay. Serum albumin, prealbumin, and transferrin were tested at the same time. Results: Compared with the control group, the CRF patients had higher concentration of leptin and lower consentrations of albumin, prealbumin, and transferrin. Leptin levels in HD group correlated negatively with albumin levels. Conclusion: Serum leptin levels are high in CRF patients and may result in nutrition disorders.
