摘要(Abstract):
采用红细胞变形能力测定仪和血栓血小板粘附两用仪,检测42例健康人和48例脑梗塞患者白细胞滤过指数(IF)和白细胞粘附率(LAR)早晚动态变化,探讨白细胞变形能力(LD)和白细胞粘附功能(LAF)与脑梗塞发病之间的关系。结果两组中,IF和LAR早晨较下午高(P<005,P<001);脑梗塞患者IF和LAR较对照组明显增高(P<001)。提示脑梗塞发病早晨高发现象与LD和LAF动态变化有密切关系
The diurnal Variations of leukocyte deformability(LD) and leukocyte adhesion function (LAF) were measured in patients with cerebral infarction to study the correlation of the attacks of cerebral infarction with LD and LAF.Using erythrocyte deformability apparatus,thrombus and platelet adneslon dual purpose apparatus were used to measure the diurnal variation of leukocyte filtration index(IF) and ledkocyte adhesion rat (LAR) in 42 healthy people and 48 patients with cerebral infarction.The leukocyte IF and LAR in patients and controls were significantly higher in the morning than in the afternoon (P<0 05,P<0 01).The leukocyte IF and LAR were significantly higher in patients with cerebral infarction than those in controls(P<0 01). Thess results indicate that the phenomenon of the frequent occurrence of attacks of cerebral infarction in the morning might be related to the diurnal variation of LD and LAF.
