HPLC法测定香青百草油中丁香酚的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立一种测定香青百草油中丁香酚含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Dia-monsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果:丁香酚在0.034~0.549μg范围呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.63%,RSD为1.22%(n=9)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于香青百草油中丁香酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for content determination of eugenol in Xiangqingbaicao oil.Methods: The HPLC method was carried out on Diamonsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column using methanol-water(65∶35) as mobile phase,and flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Temperature of the column was 25 ℃.Detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results: The calibration curve for eugenol was linear in the range of 0.034~0.549 μg.The average recovery was 97.63%,and RSD was 1.22%(n=9).Conclusions: The method is simple,effective,accurate and reproducible for content determination of eugenol in Xiangqingbaicao oil.
