摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 用 Porter-Silber 氏反应所测定的尿中17羟皮质类固醇(以下简称17羟),主要是肾上腺皮质必泌的皮质醇(17羟皮质酮)经机体代谢后的产物,大部分是与葡萄糖醛酸结合的,尚有生物活性和游离的只占2—10%。因它主要由肾脏排出,故测定尿17羟并
