摘要(Abstract):
采用微电极细胞外记录技术,以清醒大鼠脊髓背角广动力范围(WDR)神经元的晚串放电频率为指标,观察损毁延髓外侧网状核(LRN)前后高频高强度电针对WDR神经元的作用。结果表明:高频高强度电针可明显抑制WDR神经元对外周伤害性刺激的反应,电针的这种抑制作用似乎并不受LRN的调控。
WDR neurones in the spinal dorsal horn have been demonstrated to play an important role in nociceptive transmission. The present study was designed to examine the effect of electroaccupuncture on WDR neurones by the method of recording unit discharges of WDR neurones in the rat spinal dorsal horn before and after damaging the rat's LRN.Electroaccupuncture (EA) with high-freqency and highintensity significantly decreased the noxious-evoked discharges of WDR neurones be fore the damage of LRN. EA with the same parameters also significantly inhibited the discharges induced by noxious-stimulation after the LRN was destroyed. No significant differences in EA inhibition rate before and after the damage of LRN were observed, indicating that the inhibition of EA on WDR neurones was not controlled by LRN.
