摘要(Abstract)：

在实验室合成反－丁烯二酸二甲酯（ＤＭＦ）的基础上，放大合成规模。研究此基础上合成ＤＭＦ的各种适宜条件，提高合成产率。根据广泛的社会调查，对应用ＤＭＦ的社会及经济价值进行了论述
Dimethyl Fumarate(DMF) is a new food antiseptic in the world. We discussed the magnificent antiseptic properties of DMF.The character of the paper is that we magnifide the scale of synthesis of DMF according to the need of market. Our aim is to find the best reacting coditions,to raise the synthetic rate and to create highet economic value, Now DMF is welcome and suported by the experts in food field in Guizhou,At the same time the information from market verified that the research and produce of DMF will create the good social value and good economic value.
